Energy Healing Session (90 min, in person or virtual)

During this healing session, I will ask you about your focus, goals, and things you are working through. Then, I will channel higher energies of love and light and healing to your body, mind, and every energetic chakra /energy center to restore balance and health. It’s a very deep journey of releasing anything old, including old beliefs, patterns, and energies, so that you can let go and open to receiving new things for the year. At the end, I will encourage you to receive spiritual messages so that you have more clarity about your life. And will share with you spiritual messages if that’s appropriate and if you are open to that. The goal is restoration, empowerment, balance, inner alignment, joy, and openness to life and your path.
