This workbook covers a range of areas, including work and money, mental and physical health, romantic relationships, friendships, community, creativity, purpose, fun, leisure, sexuality, self-care, societal contribution, big dreams, and the miracles you hope to experience.
This process offers a comprehensive review of your life. While it may seem daunting, I will assist you in making it simple, manageable, streamlined, actionable, and attainable.
I will teach you specific skills and practices that you can integrate into your daily routine to help you stay on track, remain purposeful, and make continuous progress.
We will meet three times to ensure your clarity and understanding of how to proceed moving forward.
