Hi, I'm Mariya,
I mentor women and men to connect with their Soul/Divine within. So they can heal, uncover their purpose, unique gifts and talents, and have the courage to follow that purpose and inner calling.
I stepped into this work in 2016 after many years of struggle. Despite all the external success, at the time, I felt miserable and had to discover that only aligned choices produce a fulfilling life. And that the power of those choices is within me (and every other human).
Before this work found me, I was a tenured university professor studying behavior change. I'm a bestselling author, award-winning educator, and have written over 50 publications. My work has been featured on NBC, ABC, and Women Inspired TV.
Born in Russia, I immigrated to the US alone at 21 and built a successful academic career. But at 30, after a deep personal crisis, I realized I was living a life that didn’t align with my Soul. That awakening led me to meditation, yoga, and alternative healing, and ultimately, to creating the life and business I was meant for.
Today, I mentor others to do the same. To heal, uncover their unique gifts, and step into their highest potential with clarity and courage.
