Today, I want to share with you a spiritual channeling I did on the topic of healing. Here it goes ...

🏖️ 🏖️ 🏖️

What is healing?

Healing is a process of getting to know yourself, not as a human being only, but also as a spiritual being. Someone who came to this Earth with a particular purpose: to learn, grow, contribute, and have fun – of course, but most importantly – understand personal power and limitations.

Is healing related to trauma only?

Not in the common way of defining trauma. Most people think of trauma as a severe event that stretches your psychological, emotional, physical, and even financial resources. Something that exceeds your limits.

If you take it broader, however, trauma is any limiting belief someone holds about themselves. Such as, “I am not good enough, I can’t do this, this is waaaay beyond my skills, talents, or capacities." That’s also trauma.

And the reason, it’s trauma is because you are not living your fullest potential. That’s traumatic for the soul. The purpose of the soul is to SHINE. To share its light with the world. Any kind of dimming of the light is traumatic for the soul. In that way, it’s not an external event that causes trauma but rather personal limiting and conditioned beliefs that cause someone to dim their light.

How can someone release this habit of dimming their light?

It’s simple. Be aware and choose the opposite of what feels comfortable. Dimming light is comfortable but detrimental to the soul. It feeds ego that is always scared and always wants to play small.

So, this means that you must be uncomfortable on a daily basis?

Yes, pretty much yes.

And then you would fulfill your purpose – of shining bright?

There is a good chance that you would. It’s not guaranteed, of course, but there is a very good chance.
