I love client stories, because they are SOOO real!!!
No "success" happens overnight, but rather through persistent effort and determination.
With this particular client, we started working a few years ago, on and off. At first, weekly, then monthly. Then, took a break, and came back together with consistency.
This is what we've covered:

This person now

- writes music & hosts open mics
- has confidence & humbleness - both!!!
- takes actions amidst discomfort
- is building a creative, soulful community as a leader and co-facilitator
- stepped into leadership at work & makes a human-centric positive impact on his colleagues & employees.
It is often said that
people tend to overestimate what they can accomplish in a year, but underestimate what they can accomplish in 5 years.
That's how I feel about this client!
If I were to reflect on our journey together, I would highlight key points for progress & success:
π not perfectionism but commitment. I can't emphasize this enough - perfectionism isn't needed!
π consistency amidst slipping and falling
π honesty with oneself & incredible ability to learn from it
π learning to trust inner guidance
π vulnerability
π growing self-love & self-acceptance
π taking initiative big time! and being resourceful and

This story reminds me of something I see over & over again: you don't need to be perfect - you just need support, commitment, and progress.
Everyone's path looks different. But the amount of change that's possible over time is awe-inspiring!
