Client Story: SELF-WORTH is a verb, not a noun ✨

Story time ...

A client came to me wanting to make changes in different areas of her life.
We explored her vision - of where she wanted to be.
And quite quickly we realized that the gap between NOW and THEN was h-u-g-e!!!
To the point that it almost felt unbelievable.

Here is the thing ...
Sometimes the vision we receive — if we let ourselves dream — is years or even decades ahead of our current reality.
Yet, if we want to jump right into it, we quickly get disappointed, because our current reality is so far away!
To grow into the vision, we have to
become a different version of ourselves. Not different in essence.
Different in how we think, act, choose, and show up.

That takes time ...
That's why we live on planet Earth.
Where big manifestations take time.
There is a reason for that.
Say, you had a bad thought about someone. You need time to come back to your senses before you harm them.
Time plays to your advantage.
For your dreams - it works the same way.
And this means ...
You have to start small.

This is exactly what happened with this client. From paralysis, disappointment, and self-judgment, she shifted into action.
- Building her self-worth, daily!
- Doing energy work.
- Making different choices
- Changing how she handles finances
- Finding time for self-care
- Communicating her needs (to herself, then to others)
- Shifting how she thinks about work.

Now, she has more agency over the process. And is co-creating her dreams. One step at a time.

 SELF-WORTH is a verb, not a noun.
It's not a destination.
It's a practice.

As you accept your self-worth, what you do -- or don't do -- changes.

I invite you to join us for a group healing session on SELF-WORTH this coming Saturday at 2 pm EST.
