When You Cry 😭

It took me a moment to master my emotions, and still - it's a work in progress. 

When you feel a LOT, mastering emotions isn't an option. It's a necessity. 

But here are some essentials: 
- feeling emotions isn't the end goal, it's a daily hygiene, so that you can keep your heart open and intuition accessible

-  you are training yourself to be safe in the world by regulating your nervous system
- your ability to feel and feel safe is the same skill that helps you connect to the Divine Within, and activates your self-healing alongside intuition. 

NOW, what is essential is not to walk around and feel other people!!! Simply, because it's NOT your job to walk around and heal others. You'll be completely depleted. 
Ask me, how do I know? ;)

Now, if you had a tough upbringing, you might have learned that staying in your own energy isn't safe, because you had to
- manage people around you
- people please 
- play some roles or 
- be a "good girl" or "good boy"). Well, it's time to be you. 

For example, when you communicate, you might over-explain yourself, force, push. Or, rather, decide to skip the conversation all together. 

That's not intuition. 

That's your nervous system trying to stay safe... 


When I have a session with clients, they often cry - why? Because your parasympathetic nervous system turns on --- you get to RELAX!!! And it's safe to be YOU!!! Let go and cry. It's sacred. 

While intuition might sound like something dramatic and mystical, often, it's simpler. Ability to be YOURSELF, connect with your heart - in safety and deep proximity, and admit to yourself what you already know. 
Then, apply it to life ...
